Reporting Abuses: Individuals who receive email that they have not opted to receive should forward the email to abuse@light-power.com or click here and send us a message, these reports are treated seriously and are followed-up on. Our opt out system does not resell or collect addresses to resend. Our opt-out is a legitimate opt-out or “do not send” list that we scrub all future sends against for that client.

Unsubscribing: Individuals who no longer wish to receive email from a InteliSend™ client should just click on the “Do not send” or “unsubscribe link” at the bottom of the message, to be taken to a web page to be removed. InteliSend™ unsubscribe pages is just that. They unsubscribe the email recipient from future sends by our system. Our clients then have the ability to remove your name from their internal data or list. If you are unable to do this, please send an email to InteliSend@lpmedia.net requesting to be unsubscribed, please include the subject of the message you received. It will be immediately taken care of.

Permission: L&P Media enforces sending email only to individuals who wish to receive it. Our software makes it easy for groups to practice e-permission marketing. Our clients control their own email databases and send messages on their own, and make their own decisions on whom to correspond. L&P Media provides a software system as a service provider only. Our clients also sign use agreements ensuring that their subscribers have opted-in to receive all of the email they are delivering. L&P Media reserves the right to cancel service of any client who does not follow our permission policy.

Email Bounce Handling: The L&P Media policy is to remove subscribers whose emails hard bounce 3 consecutive times within 15 days. AOL subscribers are removed after 1 bounce.
